Fresh flowers and personalised orders
Fresh flowers and other goods that deteriorate rapidly cannot normally be returned simply because you have changed your mind. The same applies to goods made to your specification or clearly personalised, including a card written with your chosen message.
Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel a fresh-flower order. We normally require at least two days' notice before collection or delivery, and a change may no longer be possible once the arrangement is being made.
Eligible standard goods bought online
For a standard, non-personalised and non-perishable item bought online, tell us within 14 days after delivery if you wish to cancel. You then have another 14 days to return it unused and with reasonable care taken.
You are responsible for the direct cost of returning an eligible non-faulty item. We pay the reasonable return cost where an item is faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described.
After receiving the returned item, or evidence that it was sent, we refund the eligible product price and the cost of our standard outbound delivery within 14 days using the original payment method. If you chose a more expensive delivery service, we do not have to refund the difference above the standard delivery cost. We may reduce a refund if an item has been handled beyond what would reasonably be allowed in a shop and its value has been reduced.
Damaged, faulty or incorrect goods
Contact us promptly with your order reference and, where useful, photographs. Our normal first remedy for damaged flowers is a replacement arrangement, but this does not limit your legal rights to an appropriate refund, repair or replacement.
How to contact us
Email floralcuriosity@outlook.com, call 01482 818112, or write to Floral Curiosity, 4 Watmough Arcade, St Augustine's Gate, Hedon, Hull, HU12 8EZ. Include your order reference and tell us what you would like us to do.
You may use our model cancellation form for an eligible change-of-mind cancellation, but an email or another clear statement is sufficient.
