A calm, personal way to choose a tribute
Please allow one week for funeral flowers. We will ask for the funeral date and time, the deceased's full name, the funeral director's name and full address, preferred flower and ribbon colours, flowers to include or avoid, and the exact card message. Flowers normally arrive at the funeral director the day before the funeral, between 8:30am and 9am unless arranged otherwise. Tuesday funerals are delivered on Monday, even when the shop is closed. For Monday funerals, the shop agrees Saturday delivery or Monday morning delivery with the funeral director. Standard wreaths or posies may sometimes be possible in one to two days when choices are flexible; complex bespoke tributes can need longer, so please call for short-notice or specialist requests. Funeral lettering is ordered by phone and its spelling will be confirmed carefully.
