The change-of-mind right does not normally apply to fresh flowers or other goods likely to deteriorate rapidly, or to goods made to your specification or clearly personalised. Your rights for faulty or misdescribed goods are unaffected.
For an eligible non-faulty return, you are responsible for the direct return postage. Floral Curiosity covers reasonable return costs for faulty, damaged, incorrect or misdescribed goods. Please read our Returns and refunds policy.
